1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the t9999 platform — including the website at t9999.cam, any associated mobile applications, or related services — you ("the Player" or "User") agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or guidelines published on the t9999 platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered account holders, and any person who accesses or uses the t9999 platform in any capacity. Continued use of t9999 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

t9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email or through an in-platform notification.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the t9999 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. t9999 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, access the platform, or participate in any gambling or betting activity.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify the applicable laws in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or associate of t9999, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by t9999 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or third party.

t9999 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of t9999 services — including placing bets, participating in casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) t9999 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and confiscation of balances.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, current address, and a valid email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. t9999 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify t9999 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your credentials are compromised.
• t9999 may, at its sole discretion, conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at the time of registration or at any subsequent point. You agree to cooperate fully with such checks and to provide any documents requested within a reasonable timeframe.

Account registration is free of charge. t9999 does not charge any fees for creating an account. Deposits, bonuses, and payment-related fees are governed by the terms set out in Section 4 below.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

t9999 supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and standard bank transfer.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are as stated on the t9999 cashier page and may vary by payment method. All amounts are in PKR.
• Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one business day under normal conditions.
• Verification Requirement: t9999 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. You must ensure that the withdrawal method you use is registered in your own name.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals on t9999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). t9999 does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions.
• Declined Transactions: t9999 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as specified in the t9999 cashier policy. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

t9999 processes all financial transactions in good faith and makes reasonable efforts to ensure prompt and accurate processing. However, t9999 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or factors outside of t9999's reasonable control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

t9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, first-deposit match offers, reload bonuses, and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. t9999 does not hide wagering requirements in footnotes.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. t9999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and may exclude certain players or accounts from specific promotions.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts or methods will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated on the relevant promotion page. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice or compensation.
• Game Contribution: Different game types on t9999 may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion.
• Abuse: t9999 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting against t9999 offers, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the t9999 sportsbook, including cricket, PSL, UFC, and all other covered sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. t9999 does not permit the cancellation of confirmed bets except in circumstances where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or where a clear pricing error occurred at the time of bet placement.
• t9999 reserves the right to limit or restrict the maximum bet size applicable to any player, market, or event at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, t9999's decision — made in good faith using available information — shall be final and binding.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time during an event. Bets placed during a suspended market will be void and stakes returned.
• t9999 does not accept bets placed using information not available to the general public, including insider information. Any bet placed on the basis of such information will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts applicable to each market are displayed in the t9999 betting interface at the time of bet placement.

7. Casino Games

All casino games available on t9999 — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and any other titles — are subject to the following conditions:

• All t9999 casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, are conducted by professional dealers under controlled conditions audited by independent testing laboratories.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is provided by the game developer and is available in the game information panel within the t9999 game lobby.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of any incomplete round will be determined according to the rules of the relevant game provider. t9999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any such issues promptly.
• t9999 reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or modify any game title in its casino library at any time without prior notice.
• Casino game winnings are credited to your t9999 account balance in PKR upon completion of each game round.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t9999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the t9999 platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, bet, bonus, or system on the t9999 platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the t9999 platform.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent identity verification stage.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's t9999 account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your actual geographic location in order to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Engaging in any behaviour that t9999 reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward t9999 staff or other users.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

t9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under t9999's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon permanent closure of an account for a reason other than self-exclusion, t9999 will, subject to verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation, return any remaining real-money balance to the player via the payment method used for their last deposit. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their t9999 account may contact customer support at any time. Voluntary closures will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Responsible Gaming

t9999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for players aged 21 and above. t9999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their t9999 account at any time via account settings or by contacting customer support.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders to help manage the time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

11. Privacy & Data

t9999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a t9999 account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

t9999 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary to provide the t9999 service (such as with payment processors), to comply with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t9999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the t9999 platform.

t9999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. t9999 will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Amendments to These Terms

t9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Where changes are material, t9999 will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the t9999 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using t9999 and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which t9999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through t9999's internal complaints procedure will be referred to the dispute resolution process specified under t9999's applicable gaming licence.

To raise a complaint or dispute, players should first contact t9999 customer support in writing at [email protected]. t9999 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
